PS… is Primark’s very own beauty brand and they have released a new range, KPOP.
Korean beauty is very popular across the world, even in products I sell myself use ingredients and recipes from there. The new KPOP collection is Korean-inspired, offering everything you need for a fresh faced, dewy look with the cute packaging and style to add some fun. They have a range of makeup and beauty products however my local Primark didn’t have the entire range so I grabbed a couple products to try out…
Dreamy Lips – 2 Step Lip Scrub & Mask
This is the first product I’m going to talk about and this is a lip product. So what you get here is a lip exfoliator in the top packet and then the bottom packet is a sleeping lip mask.
Step 1 was a very good lip scrub and really helped me get rid of any dead skin on my lips. My main trouble was that a lip product is being applied to your mouth basically and its very easy to get in your mouth… yeah this stuff tastes GROSS! However, it did a super job at what it intended to do.
Step 2 is the sleeping lip mask. This is basically a super intensive moisturising gel for your lips. This is to be put on after the scrub to moisturise your lips. It left my lips feeling super healthy, moisturised and soft! Overall, a super cute and helpful product for people with dry and chapped lips for £1.50. The cute packaging would make this product great for pamper parties or as part of a gift maybe like a hamper.
Blooming Beautiful – Cooling Gerbera Pads
Next up is these cooling, calming eye pads. I loved these!! They were indeed super cooling and I enjoyed just popping these on and I had a little read and it was super relaxing and awakening. It left my eye area (and cheeks as these are quite big) feeling super refreshed. I left these on for about 15-20mins and then before removing them completely, I used them to kind of massage my under eye area with any left over product.
My main improvement for these pads would be for them to change the shape maybe to something like half moons. Just because being eye pads they would fit under the eye better. Maybe I’ll try cutting one in half and see if it works better.
You get 6 of these eye pads in the pouch which is resealable to stop them from drying out. 6 pads for £1.50 is great value for money and I really loved these pads!!
